• Advance booking is required for all services.
• A ₱1,000 (Brow Services) ₱500 (other services) reservation fee may be required for select treatments and is non-refundable but deductible from your total bill. 
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• Arriving 15 minutes late or more may result in shortened or rescheduled service to avoid delays for other clients.  
• No-shows will forfeit the reservation fee and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  
• Less than 24 hours' notice may result in a forfeited reservation fee.

• For your safety, please reschedule if you're feeling unwell, have skin irritations, or open wounds in the treatment area.  
• All tools and equipment are sanitized and sterilized following health standards.  
• Only clients receiving services are allowed in the treatment area.

• We accept cash, credit cards, GCash and bank transfer
• Full payment is required after the service.

  Semi-permanent makeup services like brows and lashes  touch-up is optional but recommended within a specified time usually 4–8 weeks  for brows and 2 weeks for eyelashes. 

• Before-and-after photos may be taken for records and promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, kindly inform our staff. 
• By booking with us, you agree to our service terms and conditions..

 For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, Only one companion is allowed and must be included in the registration. Children and pets are not allowed inside the treatment area.
